汽车天然气发动机故障诊断专家系统的研发

摘要 电控发动机加装了天然气系统后,其故障诊断与检测变得更加复杂和困难,尤其是燃气系统的故障诊断与维修。为此,研发了一套基于故障树分析法的天然气发动机故障诊断专家系统,实现了人工智能化的故障检测,这对于提高天然气发动机的运行可靠性,以及汽车维修企业的经济效益,都具有重要的意义。 With the installation of natural gas system in electronic control engine, its fault diagnosis and detection become more complex and difficult, especially the fault diagnosis and maintenance of gas system. In view of this, a fault diagnosis expert system for natural gas engine based on fault analysis method is developed, which realizes artistic intelligence fault detection. It is of great significance to improve the reliability of natural gas engine operation, to diagnose faults quickly and accurately, and to improve the efficiency of maintenance service for automobile maintenance enterprises.
