摘要
为准确进行DPF主动再生触发时刻判断,本文提出了一种基于DPF过滤效率修正的碳载量模型,并在中国典型城市公交循环(CCBC)测试循环和中国重型商用车辆瞬态循环(C-WTVC)测试循环下进行了试验。试验结果表明:CCBC测试循环中碳载量模型计算值与碳载量称重值误差在12%左右,C-WTVC测试循环碳载量模型计算值与碳载量称重值误差在13%左右,满足工程应用要求。
To improve the accuracy of active regeneration trigger time, a soot loading model based on DPF filter efficiency correction is established to calculate the amount of soot accumulated in the diesel particulate filter. Testing validations are conducted on the basis of the CCBC test cycle and the C-WTVC test cycle. The test results show that the average error between the calculated and measured soot loadings is 12% during the soot loading process in CCBC test cycle, and the average error between the calculated and measured soot loadings is 13% during the soot loading process in C-WTVC test cycle, which meets the engineering application requirements.
