新中国成立70年来,中国共产党坚持历史唯物主义文化立场,传承优秀民族文化,塑造文化自信;坚持辩证唯物主义认识论的文化立场,维护文化个性,激励文化自觉;坚持唯物辩证法的文化立场,倡导文化引领,培育文化和谐;坚持马克思主义关于人的全面发展的学说,发展文化事业,推进人民文化素养的发展。四者的关系是:前三者统属于第四者,最终目的是实现人的全面发展,实现了文化建设与人的全面发展的统一,实现中国人民的发展与全世界人类的共同发展的统一。以习近平同志为核心的党中央将马克思主义关于文化建设的学说推向新的高度,将马克思主义关于人的全面发展的学说推向新的高度。

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago,the communist party of China(CPC)has adhered to the cultural standpoint of historical materialism in inheriting the fine national cultures and building cultural confidence,kept to the cultural standpoint of dialectical materialism epistemology for maintaining cultural individuality and encouraging cultural consciousness,held to the cultural standpoint of materialistic dialectics to advocate cultural guidance and cultivate cultural harmony,and clung to the Marxist theory of all-round human development while developing cultural undertakings and promoting the development of the people's cultural literacy.The relations between the four aspects mentioned above is that the first three belong to the fourth,of which the ultimate goal is to realize comprehensive development of human beings,to realize a unity of cultural construction and the comprehensive development of human beings,and to realize a unity of the development of the Chinese people and the general development of human beings all over the world.Bedsides,The CPC Central Committee with President Xi Jinping as its core has pushed the Marxist theory to a new height on the cultural construction and the comprehensive development of human beings.
