摘要
文章采用JS省2003-2015年工业废水排放数据,并将第二产业分为资源依附性产业和非资源依附型产业,应用LMDI对数平均迪氏指数法研究两类产业的工业废水排放的技术、结构和规模效应。研究表明规模效应是造成工业废水排放总量增加的主要原因,非资源依附性产业比资源依附型产业在规模效应上对废水增加做出的贡献大。技术效应是降低工业废水排放总量的关键因素,非资源依附型产业的技术效应总体强于非资源依附型产业。结构效应对污染的负效应较小,资源依附型产业结构调整总体强于非资源依附型产业。
Based on the industrial wastewater discharge data of Jiangsu province from 2003 to 2015,this paper divides the secondary industry into resource-dependent industry and non-resource-dependent industry,and studies the technology,structure and scale effect of industrial wastewater discharge of the two industries by using the methods of logarithmic mean Divisia index(LMDI)decomposition.The results show that the scale effect is the main reason for the increase of the total amount of industrial wastewater discharge.Non-resource-dependent industries contribute more to the increase of wastewater in scale effect than resource-dependent industries.Technical effect is the key factor to reduce the total amount of industrial wastewater discharge.The technical effect of non-resource-dependent industries is generally stronger than that of non-resource-dependent industries.The negative effect of structure effect on pollution is small,and the adjustment of the structure of resource-dependent industries is generally stronger than that of non-resource-dependent industries.
