摘要
文章以组织架构的要素为切入点,分析国内几家国有资本运营公司的组织架构,并分类探讨国有资本运营公司组织架构设置的特点后发现:不同类别的国有资本运营公司设立的组织架构各不相同,而在相同类别下的国有资本运营公司组织架构之间有着相通之处。在此基础上,为国有资本运营公司组织架构的设立提出了建议:董事会的设立要因时、因需制宜;建立健全组织体系,保持结构设置合理;完善监督监管体系,提高公司运作透明度。
This paper takes the elements of organizational structure as the starting point,analyzes the organizational structure of several state-owned capital operating companies in China,and analyzes the characteristics of the organizational structure of state-owned capital operating companies.Different types of state-owned capital operating companies have different organizational structures,and there are similarities between the organizational structures of state-owned capital operating companies under the same category.On this basis,some suggestions is put forward for the establishment of the organizational structure of the state-owned capital operation company:the establishment of the board of directors should be timely and necessary;establish a sound organizational system,maintain a reasonable structure;improve the supervision and supervision system;and improve the transparency of the company’s operations.
