内蒙古自治区基础教育和民族基础教育的发展、挑战及应对策略

摘要 内蒙古自治区成立以来,社会经济快速发展。教育方面,尤其是基础教育和民族教育取得历史性的进步。但受欠发达区情的制约,内蒙古自治区教育事业在长足发展的同时,仍旧面对诸多困难和挑战,未来仍需加大体制机制改革创新力度,探索符合内蒙古实际的基础教育和民族教育的发展路径。本文首先将从历史发展维度出发,通过对统计数据的梳理和实证研究的角度展示内蒙古自治区基础教育和民族教育发展的成果。其次会从政府扶持、政策制定、教育部门协同和师资培养等方面分析自治区基础教育和民族教育面临的困境和挑战,最后根据现实挑战提出有关切实可行的应对策略的思考。 Since its establishment, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has experienced fast socio-economic development. The education sector has also made historical progress and achievements, especially the elementary education and ethic minority education.However, limited by the less-developing economic condition, the education sector in Inner Mongolia is still confronting serious and complicated challenges. It should pay more attention on the balanced development of education within the region. The article firstly analyzed the historical achievements of the education sector by introducing the statistical data. Then it paid attention to the challenges and difficulties of the development of education. According to the detailed analysis of the difficulties, this article provided concrete policy suggestions for the further development of education sector in Inner Mongolia.
