基于“朋辈互助”的高校学生骨干队伍建设路径探析

面对新时期高校学生群体的新特点和新情况,开展"以身边人教育身边人,以同龄人教育同龄人"的"朋辈互助"式学生骨干队伍建设,有利于提高大学生思想政治工作的针对性和实效性,营造榜样示范和引领的良好育人氛围,还能基于高校学生工作管理队伍实际,补充人力强化思想政治工作效果。"朋辈互助"式学生骨干队伍建设可以从选拔的对象、制定科学合理的培养原则和实施多渠道协调跟进的培养方式等方面展开。

Considering the new characteristics and new situations of college student groups in the new era,the construction of "peer support" student elites makes possible "education from people around and education from peers". This practice helps make the ideological and political work of college students more targeted and effective, create an atmosphere with student elites taking the lead, and provide the management team of college students with additional human resources to strengthen the effects of ideological and political work. It is argued that the construction of "peer-support" student elites could be carried out from the aspects of selecting competent candidates, formulating scientific and rational cultivation principles, and implementing multi-channel coordination and follow-up activities.
