青藏高原地区创建绿色循环低碳公路相关问题的探讨

Discussion on the problems related to the creation of highway with green circulation and low carbon in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

本文通过对青海省花石峡至久治高速公路绿色循环低碳公路主体性项目技术指标、成果影响及绿色公路创建实施中遇到的问题综合分析,根据青藏高原地区绿色循环低碳公路建设的意义及社会经济效益,并结合青藏高原的人文、环境、气候及生态环保等因素,指出青藏高原地区创建绿色循环低碳公路尚存在的问题以及公路建设与环境保护的矛盾点和挟制点,并提出相关建议,希望通过青藏高原地区绿色循环低碳公路实施经验,能对综合考虑高原生态保护区公路建设与生态环保的利害关系提供有益的建议。

Based on the comprehensive analysis of the technical indexes,the impact of the achievements and the problems encountered in the implementation of highway with green circulation and low carbon highway of HuaJiu expressway in the Qinghai province,and with the significance and economic social benefits of the green circulation low carbon,and combines the humanities of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau,factors such as environment,climate,ecological environment and environmental protection,this paper points out the existing problems of highway with green circulation low carbon in Qinghai Tibet plateau area,and puts forward some relevant suggestions.It is hoped that through the implementation experience of green circulation low carbon highway in Qinghai Tibet Plateau,beneficial suggestions could be extracted for highway construction and ecological environment protection in protected areas.
