摘要 随着泛在电力物联网建设持续推进,提升用电服务体验和电力营销精细化管理水平的重要性日益得到加强。在大规模智能电能计量装置的推广安装背景下,非侵入式负荷监测(Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring,NILM)技术成为当下研究的热点。文章通过总结其基本原理与框架,梳理出该技术的功能特点,针对在客户服务中能够实现的应用场景进行研究和设计,充分剖析该技术在各项客户服务场景应用的优势。最后探讨该技术未来的研究方向。 With the continuous development of ubiquitous power internet of things, it is becoming more and more important to improve the electricity consumption experience and the refined management of power marketing. Nowadays, under the background of the promotion and installation of largescale intelligent electric energy metering devices, non-intrusive equipment load monitoring technology(NILM) has become a hot spot of current research. By summarizing the basic principles and operation procedures of NILM, this paper presents the functional characteristics of the technology, researches and designs the application scenarios that can be implemented in customer service, and fully analyzes the advantages of NILM technology in various customer service scenarios. Finally, the future research direction of NILM technology is explored.
