摘要
通过介绍食品安全预警体系及其功能,比较我国和国外食品安全预警体系现状,剖析我国食品安全预警体系存在的问题,提出了完善的食品安全预警体系,并对其4个主要组成部分进行解析。
By introducing the food safety pre-warning system and its functions, this paper compares the present situation of the food safety early warning system between China and foreign countries, analyzes the problems existing in the food safety pre-warning system in China, puts forward a perfect food safety pre-warning system, and analyzes its four main components.
