摘要
土壤中有机物的荧光扰动是精准检测土壤里PAHs的瓶颈顶端。经过三维荧光光谱可以结算出平行因子的基本算法,可以明确察觉出土壤有机质里含有PAHs的混合物。而如今实验结果也说明,目前发现的这个方法可以有效地分解和探析土壤有机质混合物和多环芳烃,给予了研究多环芳烃的准确定量分析提供重要依据。
Fluorescence disturbance of organic matter in soil is the bottleneck of accurate detection of PAHs in soil.After three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy,the basic algorithm for calculating parallel factors can be obtained,and the mixture containing PAHs in soil organic matter can be clearly detected.Now the experimental results also show that this method can effectively decompose and analyze soil organic matter mixtures and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,which provides an important basis for accurate quantitative analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
