高温条件下钢纤维混凝土动态抗压性能试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 应用分离式霍普金森压杆和电阻式高温加热炉对不同纤维掺量(1%,2%)的钢纤维混凝土试件进行了不同温度条件下(20℃,200℃,400℃,600℃,800℃)的动态压缩试验,获得了不同温度条件下该种材料的动态应力-应变曲线,得到了相应的动态抗压强度和峰值应变。试验结果表明,钢纤维混凝土具有明显的应变率强化效应和温度损伤效应。在各试验温度下,钢纤维混凝土的动态抗压强度随着应变率的增大而提高;同一加载速率下,钢纤维混凝土的动态抗压强度随着试验温度的升高大幅度降低;相比于普通混凝土,钢纤维混凝土的抗冲击性能显著提高。 Dynamic compressive tests of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)specimens with different fiber content(1%and 2%)at different temperature(20℃,200℃,400℃,600℃and 800℃)were carried out by using the split Hopkinson pressure bar and resistance heating stove.The dynamic stress-strain curves at different temperature were obtained,and the corresponding dynamic compressive strength and peak strain were presented.The test results show that SFRC has obvious strain rate strengthening effect and temperature damage effect.At the different test temperature,the dynamic compressive strength of SFRC increases with the increase of strain rate.At the same loading speed,the dynamic compressive strength of SFRC is greatly reduced with the increase of test temperature.Compared with normal concrete,the impact resistance of SFRC is greatly improved.
