党的十八大以来,“美好生活”作为政治性的目标概念正式提出。“美好生活”作为新时代重要的中国政治话语,不是简单地对传统与人民美好生活相关的思想的赓续,也不是单向度的对人民物质生活和人的物欲满足的追求,而是中国共产党领导中国人民在长期的革命、建设和改革进程中对社会发展规律和执政规律认识深化和升华的必然结果,是中国共产党作为马克思主义政党的执政必然,又是经济社会发展到一定阶段后的逻辑应然。准确理解“美好生活”的理论基础,深刻发掘“美好生活”的价值意蕴,致力于推动“美好生活”的具体践行,是新时代中国特色社会主义伟大建设的必然要求。

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the concept of“better life”has been formally put forward as a political objective.As an important political discourse in China in the new era,“better life”is not simply a continuation of the traditional ideas related to the people’s better life,nor is a one-way pursuit of the people’s material life and human beings’material desires.It is the inevitable result of the deepening and sublimation of the Chinese people’s understanding of the laws of social development and governing laws in the long-term process of revolution,construction and reform led by the Communist Party of China.It is the inevitable ruling of the Communist Party of China as a Marxist political party,and it is also the logic of the economic and social development after a certain stage.It is an inevitable requirement for the great construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era to accurately understand the theoretical basis of“better life”and deeply explore the value of"better life"and promote the concrete practice of"better life".
