摘要 以高职人才培养模式改革过程中面临的主要矛盾为切入点,通过提出建筑职业岗位链融合现代学徒制进行人才培养的总体思路,创新教学模式,总结"轮岗实训""岗位链技能节点教学""岗位技能优势培养"等教学实践的经验与成果,提炼在课程体系建设、教学模式改革、师资队伍建设、校企合作模式上的应用实效,为建筑类相关专业人才培养模式改革提供借鉴,具有很好的推广价值。 In view of the main contradiction in the process of higher vocational talent training mode reform, this paper provides the general idea of talent training by integrating architecture professional post with modern apprenticeship,innovates teaching mode, and summarizes the experience and achievements of teaching practice, such as, "rotational training", "post chain skill node teaching" and "post skills superiority cultivation". It refines the application effects in terms of curriculum system construction, teaching mode reform, teaching staff construction and school-enterprise cooperation mode. It provides reference for the training mode reform of related professional talent in construction, and it has good promotion value.
