The Path Choice of Governing Schools According to Law in Higher Vocational Colleges

法治是大学治理的第一要义,依法治校是依法治国理念在院校领域的重要体现,也是高职院校实现治理水平现代化的重要路径。在对高职院校依法治校内涵进行重新定位的基础上,分析了高职院校依法治校存在的法律意识淡薄、体系不全、执法不严等问题,从树立法治化的治理观、加强依法办学与行政力度、营造法治化的文化环境等方面对高职院校如何加强依法治校提出建议,以促进高院校内部治理水平的提升与治理体系的现代化。

The rule of law is the first priority of university governance. Governing the school according to law is an important manifestation of the concept of governing the country according to law in the field of colleges, and the important path to realize the modernization of governance level. On the basis of repositioning the connotation of governing schools according to law in higher vocational colleges, it analyzes the problems of weak legal awareness,incomplete system and lax law enforcement in higher vocational colleges. From the perspective of establishing the governance concept of governing by law, strengthening the school-running and administrative efforts according to law, and creating a legalized cultural environment, it puts forward suggestions to promote the internal governance level of higher vocational colleges and the modernization of governance system.
