以实效性和可操作性为主旨,以辽宁省高职院校"双高"建设项目为研究对象,以构建完整的项目质量管理体系为研究目标,采用PDCA和生命周期法等工具手段探索现代质量管理模式、规范项目建设、强化项目管理、坚持过程控制、注重环节衔接、保证项目质量的方法。有效地开展了项目的顶层设计、人员组织、制度建设、流程规划、资金使用、成果论证与推广,以及项目的最终验收等全过程的质量管理活动,从而形成一套完整的项目质量管理体系。

With effectiveness and operability as its aim, taking the double high construction project of Liaoning higher vocational colleges as the research objective, the research aims to construct the complete project quality management system. It adopts PDCA and life cycle to explore the modern quality management mode, standardize the project construction, strengthen the project management, adhere to process control, attach importance to the link connection, and ensure the project quality. It effectively carries out the whole process quality management activity including the top-level design, personnel organization, system construction, process planning, capital use, results demonstration and promotion, and the final acceptance of the project, so as to form a complete project quality management system.
