职业院校教师核心素养培养策略探究——基于对辽宁部分职业院校的调查

摘要 我国职业院校教师承担着为国家培养高素质劳动者的重任,这就要求职业院校教师所具有的核心素养要更高,更能适应职业教育的要求。通过对辽宁省五所职业院校问卷调查发现,教师在核心素养方面不同程度存在职业倦怠、专业能力不强、缺乏创新、信息化能力不高等问题。因此,职业院校急需从教师的教育价值观、道德素养、专业素养、创新素养、信息化素养等五个方面采取有力举措来提升教师的核心素养,以期提高职业院校的人才培养质量。 The teachers in vocational colleges in China bear the responsibility of cultivating high-quality workers for our country, which requires the teachers in vocational colleges have higher key accomplishments and much more characteristics of vocational education. Through the questionnaire survey of five vocational colleges in Liaoning province,it is found that there are some problems in teachers’ key accomplishments, such as job burnout, weak professional ability, lack of innovation and low information ability, etc. Therefore, vocational colleges need to take effective measures from five aspects, such as teachers’ educational values, moral quality, professional quality, innovation quality and information quality, to improve teachers’ key accomplishments, and improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges.
