Innovation of foreign language teaching team is of great significance for improving the students’ foreign language ability, so this article starting from the necessity of the innovative teaching team construction, finds out the problems existing in the foreign language teaching team construction, and proposes the effective ways to innovate higher vocational foreign language teaching team, such as innovating education concept, innovating teaching staff construction and innovating evaluation mechanism, and promote the foreign language ability of international talent.
