新工科背景下交通工程专业创新人才培养模式的研究与实践

阐述了“新工科”和“创新人才”的内涵以及新工科背景下交通工程专业创新人才培养的必要性。构建了四种创新人才培养模式策略:(1)多方协同育人,汇聚企业、行业部门、科研院所、相关高校的优势资源共同培养人才;(2)充分利用实践平台增强实践能力;(3)分组研讨教学,通过小组之间相互竞争激发学生学习热情和创造力;(4)注重提升人文教育,培养德才兼备的交通工程技术人才。通过实践检验,这些措施有效提升了人才培养效果。

It expounds the connotation of"new engineering"and"innovative talents"and the necessity of training innovative talents in traffic engineering under the background of new engineering.Four strategies for training innovative talents have been constructed:(1)collaborating to nurture students in multiple units in pooling the superior resources of enterprises,including industry departments,research institutes and related universities to jointly cultivate talents;(2)making full use of the practice platform to enhance practical ability;(3)teaching and discussing to stimulate students'enthusiasm and creativity through mutual competition among groups;(4)focusing on improving humanities education and cultivating traffic engineering and technical talents with both ability and political integrity.Through practice tests,these measures have effectively improved the effectiveness of talent training.
