基于SWOT的地方本科院校专业群建设问题研究——以宁德师范学院为例

应用型人才培养专业群是将服务同一产业链的3个及以上关联专业进行统筹管理、整体建设,旨在使高校能主动适应地方产业需求,将为地方经济发展服务落实到实处。地方本科院校在办学时间、专业设置、生源特征、管理模式、办学水平等方面具有明显特征。文章以宁德师范学院为例,应用SWOT法分析了地方本科院校专业群建设的strengths(优势)、weaknesses(劣势)、opportunities(机遇)、threats(威胁)等要素,提出从精准定位、避免同质化、队伍建设、校企合作、做精师范专业等五个方面着手,推动地方本科院校专业群的建设工作。

Application-oriented talents training professional group is the overall management and construction of three or more relatedmajors serving the same industrial chain,aiming at enabling colleges and universities to actively adapt to the needs of local industries and to implement the services for local economic development.Local undergraduate colleges and universities have obvious characteristics in school-running time,major setting,student source characteristics,management mode,school-running level and so on.Taking Ningde Normal University as an example,this paper uses SWOT method to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats and other elements of the majorgroup construction of local undergraduate colleges and universities,and puts forward five aspects of quality,team building,school-enterprise cooperation,and fine-skilled majors are promoted to promote the construction of professional groups in local undergraduate colleges.
