摘要
《生物化学》实验对学生未来的就业与升学影响深远。文章依据专业群对应的典型岗位群对职业能力的需要,结合我校实验实训条件,调整优化了药学专业群《生物化学》实验项目;并分专业、分层次确定了差异化的实验方案。实验课程体系的重构有效适应了岗位对人才的需求,满足了学生个性化学习和发展的需要。
The experiment of biochemistry has a far-reaching impact on students'working and further education.In this paper,according to the needs of job groups,combined with the experimental conditions of our college,the projects of biochemical experiments were adjusted and optimized,and differentiated experimental scheme was determined by major and hierarchy.The reconstruction of biochemical experiments effectively adapts to the jobs and meets the needs of individualized learning and development.
