摘要
本文针对VVT扫气效应对发动机的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:VVT扫气可提升发动机低速大负荷区域的扭矩和改善点火角效率,降低油耗。在1600rpm全负荷30度的气门重叠角时,扫气可提升28.3%的扭矩。但VVT扫气对排放和催化剂过热保护不利,在1600rpm全负荷30度气门重叠角扫气时HC相对无扫气时增加3.23倍。低速时燃烧温度相对较低,NOx排放变化并不剧烈。约1%的燃烧效率计算误差就会引起大约20~30度的温度差别。
The influence of the VVT scavenging effect on engines was studied in the article.The results show that the VVT scavenging can improve engine at low speed heavy load torque and the efficiency of ignition Angle and reduce the engine’s fuel consumption.The 1600 rpm Full load at 30 degrees of valve overlap Angle,the scavenging can improve 28.3%of its torque.But the VVT scavenging against emissions and catalyst overheating protection.When the scavenging applied to the 1600 rpm Full load at 30 degrees of valve overlap Angle,the HC emissions increased 3.23 times compared to no scavenging.Because of the combustion temperature of lower speed area is relatively low,the NOx emissions change is not severe.About 1%of the combustion efficiency calculation error will cause about 20~30 degree temperature difference.
