摘要
本文根据汽车发动机下护板的功能需求,剖析了其主要的性能要求。通过对比常用工程塑料与金属材料的物理特性,并选择合适材料建立搭载在实际工况下的发动机下护板实例分析模型,对关键性能进行CAE分析,最终验证了采用塑料材料来代替金属材料的可行性。该研究为整车轻量化和成本优化提供了参考方向。
In this paper,the main performance requirements are analyzed according to the functional requirements of automobile engine lower guard plate.By comparing the physical characteristics of common engineering plastics and metal materials,and selecting suitable materials to build an analysis model of engine underboard under actual working conditions,CAE analysis was carried out on the key performance,and the feasibility of replacing metal materials with plastic materials was finally verified.The research provides a reference direction for vehicle lightweight and cost optimization.
