摘要
东风商用车研发中心开发近年来通过坚持客户至上的工作理念,不断完善门式管理流程、提升客户需求认知能力、正向的开发能力和商品验证能力,初步构建了基于客户价值提升的商品开发体系。本文简述了其中的主要思路、做法以及所获得的重要成果。
In recent years,by sticking to the work concept of customer-first,Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Technical Center has been gradually improving the gate management process,to improve the cognition ability for customer demand,forward development ability and product verification ability.And the product development system based on customer value improvement has been preliminarily set up.This paper briefly introduces the main ideas,practices and important results.
