摘要
辅助生殖技术被广泛的应用于治疗不孕及反复妊娠丢失患者。与自然受孕者相比,辅助生殖技术助孕的患者发生晚期流产及早产风险增加,可能与多囊卵巢综合征、子宫畸形、复发性流产、反复宫腔操作、多胎妊娠等相关的宫颈机能不全有关。本文将对早期识别辅助生殖技术助孕妊娠宫颈机能不全的高危患者及辅助生殖技术助孕后妊娠宫颈机能不全的监测进行讨论。
Assisted reproductive technology is widely used to treat infertility and patients with repeated pregnancy loss.Compared with natural conception,patients with assisted reproductive technology have a higher risk of late abortion and preterm birth,which may be related to polycystic ovary syndrome,uterine malformation,recurrent miscarriage,repeated uterine operation,multiple pregnancy,etc.This article will discuss the early detection of high-risk patients with cervical insufficiency in assisted reproductive technology and the monitoring of cervical insufficiency after assisted reproductive technology.
