家务劳动社会化是新时代背景下的一项重要议题,同时也是家庭政策和妇女研究领域关注的现实问题,家务劳动社会化的实现离不开生产力的发展和社会政策的支持。国家将部分福利负担转嫁给家庭、女性劳动参与率的不断提高、女性从事家务劳动的传统思想,这三者的交互作用导致家务劳动社会化的需求不断攀升,但也带来了家政服务供给质量良莠不齐、家庭生活成本上升等问题,需要国家出台相关政策来引导该领域的发展。

Socialization of housework is an important issue under the background of the new age, it’s also a real concern in the field of family policy and women’s studies. The socialization of housework is inseparable from the development of productive forces and the support of social policies. The state shifts some of the burden of welfare to families, the participation rate of women’s labor force has been increasing, the traditional idea that housework should be done by women, the interaction of these three factors leads to the increasing demand for socialization of housework. However, there are also some problems such as uneven quality of domestic service supply and rising cost of family living, which re quires the government to introduce relevant policies to guide the development of this field.
