摘要
《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(international classification of functioning,disability and health,ICF)对个人的健康状态进行了全面分类,提出身体结构、功能、活动与参与、环境因素、个人因素相互影响、双向作用的"生物-心理-社会"健康理念。本研究基于ICF构建了儿童语言康复体系,全面评价个人健康状况,强调与健康状况相关的身体结构与功能、活动和参与,关注个体因素与环境因素对个人的影响。在此基础上,将语言障碍儿童分为身体结构损伤儿童、身体功能损伤儿童、活动受限儿童、参与局限儿童及背景性因素不良儿童5种类型,有针对性地对儿童的语言障碍进行干预。
International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health,ICF makes a comprehensive classification of individual health condition and puts forward a biopsychosocial health concept of in which the body structure,body function,activity and participation,environmental factors and individual factors influence each other and act on each other.This study constructed a language rehabilitation system for children based on ICF,which required a comprehensive evaluation of individual health condition,emphasized body structure,body function,activity and participation,and paid attention to the influence of individual factors and environmental factors.Based on this,children with language impairment are classified into five different types:children with physical structure impairment,children with physical function impairment,children with activities limitation,children with participation restriction and children with adverse background factors.And targeted intervention is carried out for children with language impairment.
