摘要
本文采用文献资料法、德尔菲法、层次分析法等,对我国小学校园足球训练质量评估指标体系进行研究。结果认为:在遵循指标科学性、重要性、操作性原则的基础上,通过对小学校园足球训练质量本身及训练环境的系统分析,初步构建了由教练行为、学生行为、训练环境3个一级评估指标、11个二级评估指标、46个三级评估指标构成的评估指标体系。
By using the methods of literature review,Delphi and analytic hierarchy process,this paper studies the evaluation index system for campus football training quality in primary schools in China. The following results have been obtained: Based on scientific, important and operational indicators,as well as systematic analysis of the campus football training quality itself and the training environment in primary schools,a preliminary evaluation index system involving coach behavior,student behavior and training environment has been constructed, which is composed of 3 first-level,11 second-level and 46 third-level evaluation indicators.
