寒喘祖帕颗粒联合二羟丙茶碱片治疗支气管哮喘临床研究

Clinical Study on Hanchuanzupa Granules Combined with Diprophylline Tablets in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨寒喘祖帕颗粒联合二羟丙茶碱片治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及对炎性因子和血气指标的影响。方法选取阳春市中医院2017年6月至2018年5月收治的支气管哮喘患者97例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(48例)和研究组(49例)。两组患者均予二羟丙茶碱片治疗,研究组患者联用寒喘祖帕颗粒,均治疗12周。结果研究组总有效率为95.92%,显著高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞介素10(IL-10)均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)]均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的动脉氧分压(PaO2)、酸碱度(pH)均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为6.12%,低于对照组的22.92%(P<0.05)。结论寒喘祖帕颗粒联合二羟丙茶碱片治疗支气管哮喘,疗效显著,可有效调节炎性因子和血气指标,改善肺功能,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Hanchuanzupa Granules combined with Diprophylline Tablets in the treatment of bronchial asthma and its effect on inflammatory factors and blood gas indexes.Methods Totally 97 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Yangchun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n = 48) and the study group(n = 49) according to the random number table method.The patients in the two groups were treated with Diprophylline Tablets,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Hanchuanzupa Granules.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.92%,which was significantly higher than81.25% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukins-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the level of interleukins-10(IL-10) in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function indexes [ forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC) and peak expiratory flow(PEF) ] in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2) and pH in the study group were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2) in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.12%,which was lower than 22.92% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hanchuanzupa Granules combined with Diprophylline Tablets are effective and safe in the treatment of bronchial asthma,which can effectively regulate inflammatory factors and blood gas indexes,and improve lung function of patients.
