医院神经内科静脉用药不合理处方分析及干预措施研究

Irrational Prescriptions of Intravenous Medication in the Neurology Department of Our Hospital and Its Intervention Measures

目的促进神经内科合理用药。方法抽取医院神经内科2017年1月至8月的长期医嘱41 982条,对临床用药过程中出现的不合理处方进行跟踪、取样、分析、合理点评,并采取相应的预防措施和用药干预。结果 41 982条长期医嘱中,用药干预前处方共19 802条,不合理用药处方1 295条;用药干预后处方共22 180条,不合理用药处方810条;干预后,不合理处方占总处方的比例由原来的6.54%降至3.65%。结论医院静脉用药调配中心临床用药干预成果显著,减少了不合理用药,保证了用药的安全性,体现了医院静脉用药调配中心在保证临床合理用药方面的重要作用。

Objective To promote rational drug use in the neurology department.Methods Totally 41 982 long-term medical orders in the neurology department of our hospital from January to August 2017 were extracted.The irrational prescriptions in the course of clinical medication were tracked,sampled,arranged and analyzed,and their rationality was evaluated.The corresponding preventive measures and medication intervention were taken.Results Among the 41 982 long-term medical orders,there were 1 295 irrational prescriptions in 19 802 prescriptions before intervention,there were 810 irrational prescriptions in 22 180 prescriptions after intervention.After intervention,the proportion of irrational prescriptions in total prescriptions decreased from 6.54% to 3.65%.Conclusion Pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS) in our hospital has achieved remarkable results in medication intervention,reduces irrational drug use and ensures the safety of medication,which embodies the important role of PIVAS in ensuring rational drug use in the clinic.
