摘要 为解决轮生冬青组培工厂化育苗生根的难题,以轮生冬青组培苗为材料,采用L9(34)正交试验,探究生长调节剂种类、质量浓度与处理时间及基质类型对组培苗微枝试管外生根的影响。正交试验方差分析结果表明:生长调节剂种类对其生根率、生根数以及根系活力影响最大,基质对最长根长影响最大。隶属函数法分析结果表明:影响组培苗生根效果各因素由大到小的顺序为生长调节剂种类、基质类型、生长调节剂的处理时间和质量浓度。综合来看,轮生冬青组培苗微枝试管外生根的最理想处理组合是A2B1C3D1,即选用质量浓度为500 mg·L^-1的IBA溶液,30 min浸泡处理,基质选用草炭。 To solve the difficulty in rooting of Ilex verticillata during the tissue culture, the rooting test was carried out by using the tissue-planting micro-seed direct rooting technique. We investigated the effects of growth regulators such as their types, concentration, period of treatment and cutting matrix on direct rooting of I. verticillata by using L9(34) orthogonal test design. The analysis of orthogonal test difference showed that the type of growth regulators was a dominant factor affecting the rooting rate, rooting number as well as root activity of the roots. Furthermore, the cutting matrix has the greatest influence on the longest root length. According to the result of subordinate function value method, the main and secondary factors influencing the rooting effect of tissue culture seedlings were the hormone types, matrix types, treatment time and concentrations. Therefore, the best combination for direct rooting of micro-shoots of I. verticillata is A2B1C3D1, that is, under 500 mg·L^-1 IBA, 30 min of treatment time and peat matrix.
