党的十八大以来,习近平围绕全面从严治党发表了许多重要论述,以全新的视野深化了对执政党建设规律的认识,主要有在执政党建设时效上坚持与时俱进、在执政党建设方向上坚持集中统一、在执政党建设平台上坚持锻造提升、在执政党建设文化上坚持氛围的熏陶涵养、在执政党建设环境上坚持净化优化、在执政党建设载体上坚持德法协同、在执政党建设过程上坚持破立兼顾、在执政党建设时限上坚持永恒持久、在执政党建设方法上坚持辩证施策、在执政党建设责任上坚持追究落实等方面,这是我们党对马克思主义执政党建设思想做出的原创性理论贡献。推动全面从严治党向纵深发展有赖于深入挖掘、发现管党治党规律、科学运用管党治党规律,推动管党治党实践不断发展。

Since the Eighteenth Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping has made many important exposition which centered on exercising full and rigorous governance over the Party.The understanding of the construction of the ruling party include the persistence of keeping pace with the times,the persistence of the centralized and unified direction,the persistence of the synergy between morality and law as the carrier,the persistence of forging and upgrading the platform,the persistence of purification and optimization of the environment,the persistence of edification and cultivation of the cultural atmosphere of the construction,the persistence of consideration of breaking and building in construction process,the persistence of the eternal and lasting on the time limit for the construction,the persistence of the dialectical policy-making on the construction method,the persistence of investigation and implementation on construction responsibility etc.These experiences are our party’s original theoretic contributions to the construction theory of the Marxist ruling party.Promoting the comprehensive and in-depth development of Exercising full and rigorous governance over the Party depends on discovering the laws of governing the party,depends on making scientific application of the laws of governing the party,and promoting the continuous development of the practice of governing the party.
