摘要 顺应我国建筑工业化的发展方向,从优化预应力管桩的施工,改善劳动条件,提高劳动生产率的目的出发,对预应力混凝土管桩啮合式机械连接的构造、施工、检测方法进行介绍,并通过实际案例阐述了预应力管桩啮合式机械连接在工程中的应用和优势,为基础工程装配化提供思路,为预应力混凝土管桩机械连接技术的设计及施工提供参考。 To comply with the development direction of China’s architectural industrialization,this paper presents a mechanical connection technology that helps to optimize the construction of precast concrete piles,improve the working conditions and increase the labor productivity.The structure details,construction and inspection methods of joggle-joint mechanical connection of precast concrete piles are introduced,and its application and advantages in engineering are expounded through practical cases. This paper provides ideas for the assembling construction of foundation engineering and references for the design and construction of mechanical connection technology of precast concrete piles.
