宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床疗效及并发症发生率影响评价

Clinical Evaluation of the Effect of Cervical Ring Electrotomy on Cervical Precancerous Lesions and the Incidence of Complications

目的探讨宫颈癌前病变患者运用宫颈环形电切术治疗的临床效果。方法方便选择2016年1月—2018年3月期间该院收治的宫颈癌前病变患者102例为研究对象,根据入院编号的奇数和偶数将其分为两组,其中对照组行宫颈冷刀锥切除术,而观察组则运用宫颈环形电切术,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术,观察组的治疗有效率为98.04%,高于对照组的88.24%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.653,P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症发生率为7.84%,低于对照组的15.69%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.398,P<0.05);观察组的手术时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间以及术中出血量分别为(13.32±1.55)min、(31.09±2.86)d、(2.01±0.44)d、(12.34±2.55)mL,明显优于对照组的(24.27±2.78)min、(43.58±2.81)d、(4.62±1.33)d、(22.09±1.33)mL,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,两组患者的生活质量评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予宫颈癌前病变患者宫颈环形电切术治疗可以减少并发症,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cervical ring resection in patients with cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 102 patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers of the admission number.The resection was performed in the control group,and the observation group was compared with the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients by cervical ring electrotomy.Results The operation was successful in both groups.The effective rate of the observation group was 98.04%,which was higher than that of the control group(88.24%).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=10.653,P<0.05).The postoperative complications incidence rate of the observation group was 7.84%,which was lower than the control group's 15.69%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=6.398,P<0.05).The operation time,incision healing time,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss were observed in the observation group(13.32±1.55)min,(31.09±2.86)d,(2.01±0.44)d,(12.34±2.55)mOL,significantly better than the control group(24.27±2.78)min,(43.58±2.81)d,(4.62±1.33)d,(22.09±1.33)mL,There were significant differences between groups(P<0.05);at the same time,the quality of life scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical ring electrotomy for patients with cervical precancerous lesions can reduce complications and improve treatment.
