解剖钢板与经皮微创锁定钢板治疗老年胫骨骨折的临床效果对比分析 被引量:2

Comparative Analysis of Clinical Effects of Anatomical Plate and Percutaneous Minimally Invasive Locking Plate in the Treatment of Senile Tibiofibular Fracture

摘要 目的对比解剖钢板与经皮微创锁定钢板治疗老年胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法方便选取2018年3月—2019年3月期间该院老年胫骨骨折240例患者(实施奇偶数法分组模式),对照组的120例患者进行解剖钢板治疗,观察组的120例患者进行经皮微创锁定钢板治疗。结果观察组患者治疗后3 d HSS膝关节评分(71.85±4.33)分、治疗后7 d HSS膝关节评分(80.62±3.62)分、治疗后1 d VAS评分(1.39±0.16)分、治疗后3 d VAS评分(0.61±3.41)分、手术时间(98.56±9.58)min、肢体恢复负重行走时间(7.98±1.65)周、骨折愈合时间(12.39±2.42)周、骨痂形成时间(5.92±1.39)周均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.732、18.027、23.155、14.558、17.001、7.611、10.741、5.072,P<0.05)。结论对老年胫骨骨折患者实施经皮微创锁定钢板治疗效果更为显著。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of anatomical plate and percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate in the treatment of senile tibiofibular fractures.Methods A total of 240 patients with tibiofibular fractures in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were conveniently selected into the study.120 patients in the control group underwent anatomical plate treatment,and 120 patients in the observation group and underwent percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate treatment.Results In the observation group,the HSS knee score(71.85±4.33)points,the HSS knee score(80.62±3.62)points,the VAS score(1.39±0.16)points,and the post-treatment 3 d VAS score(0.61±3.41)points,operation time(98.56±9.58)min,limb recovery weight walking time(7.98±1.65)weeks,fracture healing time(12.39±2.42)weeks,callus formation time(5.92±1.39)weeks,all better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.732,18.027,23.155,14.558,17.001,7.611,10.741,5.072,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with tibiofibular fractures with percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate is more effective.
