经腹部超声与经阴道彩色多普勒超声用于早期宫外孕诊断的对比评价

Comparative Evaluation of Transabdominal Ultrasound and Transvaginal Color Doppler Sonography in the Diagnosis of Early Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨早期宫外孕的超声检查结果,对比经腹部彩色多普勒超声与经阴道彩色多普勒超声在临床诊断中的应用效果。方法方便选取2016年6月—2017年9月期间于该院接受诊断的63例宫外孕患者作为研究对象,分别接受经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查与经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,对比两种诊断结果的差异。结果在63例宫外孕中,经阴道彩色多普勒超声的检出率(93.65%>74.60%,χ^2=8.558)高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查。经阴道彩色多普勒超声对于附件包块(95.65%>82.61%,χ^2=4.039)、胚芽(100%>73.68%,χ^2=3.985)、卵黄囊(86.67%>53.33%,χ^2=4.197)以及宫内假孕囊(84.62%>53.85%,χ^2=4.226)的检出率高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查。结论在早期宫外孕诊断中,超声检查是一种良好的选择,能够高效、准确的检出疾病,其中经阴道彩色多普勒超声的应用效果更好。

Objective To investigate the results of ultrasonography in early ectopic pregnancy and compare the effects of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in clinical diagnosis.Methods Convenient select sixty-three patients with ectopic pregnancy who were diagnosed in our hospital from June 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled in the study.They underwent transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography.Differences in diagnostic results.Results In 63 cases of ectopic pregnancy,the detection rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(93.65%>74.60%,χ^2=8.558)was higher than that of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography.Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for accessory masses(95.65%>82.61%,χ^2=4.039),germ(100.00%>73.68%,χ^2=3.985),yolk sac(86.67%>53.33%,χ^2=4.197)and the detection rate of intrauterine pseudopregnancy sac(84.62%>53.85%,χ^2=4.226)was higher than that of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography.Conclusion In the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy,ultrasonography is a good choice to detect diseases with high efficiency and accuracy.The application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound is better.
