摘要
城西南排通道工程规划出口位于钱塘江九溪一带,工程的建设将使该处形成涌潮景观的地形条件发生改变。基于保护钱塘江涌潮景观的考虑,研究通过优化出口工程布置,提出3个就近保护涌潮的方案。通过采用基于Boltzmann方程、KFVS(kinetic flux vector splitting)格式建立的平面二维涌潮数学模型,在实测水文资料验证的基础上,计算涌潮保护方案实施前后的流场及涌潮传播特性,创新性地从构筑物近区涌潮高度、涌高明显的岸线长度和涌高明显的区域面积等3个指标综合评判涌潮效果。研究结果表明,通过采取工程措施,合理优化工程布局,可较好保护九溪涌潮景观。
The planning exit of Chengxi Drainage Channel Project will be located in Jiuxi reach of Qiantang River.The construction of the project will change the topographic conditions of the tidal bore landscape.For protecting the tidal bore landscape,three schemes are proposed in this study by optimizing the layout of project exit.On the basis of measured and verified hydrological data,by using 2D numerical model of tidal bore based on the application of Boltzmann equation and KFVS(kinetic flux vector splitting)format,schemes for protecting tidal bore work out the flow field before and after the project and the characteristics of tidal bore propagation.The scheme innovatively makes a comprehensive evaluation of the protecting effect of tidal bore based on three factors which are the height of tidal bore near the structures,the length of coastline and the region area with obvious surge height.It is found that by taking project measures and optimizing project layout,it can better protect the tidal bore landscape in the Jiuxi reach of the Qiantang River.
