摘要
应力波反射法检测锚杆锚固质量已经运用到建筑、水利、水电、交通、矿山等各类建设工程中。该方法能快速检测锚杆的实际长度及砂浆的饱满度,能直接反应锚杆的施工质量。运用应力波反射法对省重点工程杭州市第二水源千岛湖配水工程锚杆进行检测,归纳分析该检测方法应注意的问题,由于锚杆杆底反射极不明显,且波速分布有一定的范围,必须通过室内、现场试杆试验,率定仪器参数,确定波速范围,以免锚杆长度误判。
The stress wave reflection method has been used for bolt quality detection in various projects of construction,water conservancy,hydropower,transportation,and mining.This method’s rapid detection of the bolt actual length and mortar fullness can reflect the quality of the bolt.In this paper,the method was used to detect the bolt in Qiandao Lake Water Diversion Project as Second Water Source of Hangzhou City,a major project in Zhejiang Province.It concluded and analyzed the issues that should be noted and is of referential significance for similar projects.
