摘要 阐述了如何将新型三相高效脉冲节能电源、旋转极板电除尘、电除尘流场优化、本体结构创新、机电一体化协同清灰等方面技术成果有机地融合到一起,在不增加系统阻力和扩容空间受限的条件下,先对某铝业5#氧化铝熟料窑现役电除尘就地改造,使电除尘出口颗粒物排放浓度长期稳定≤10mg/m3,而后完成其余3台熟料窑电除尘改造,均达到超低排放标准。改造充分证明电除尘已突破了实现超低排放应用的技术局限性,提升了电除尘在超低排放改造中的市场竞争力。 The paper expounds how to take the new-type three-phase high efficiency,pulse and energy saving power supply,rotating polar plate electric precipitation,and electric precipitation flow field to optimize,reality structure innovation,the technical result of electromechanical integration coordinated with the dust removal.Under the condition of non-increasing system resistance and dilatation space limit,the paper expatiates the reform on the existing electric precipitation of 5#alumina slaked kiln in a certain aluminum industry and makes the emission concentration of particulate matters of the electric precipitation exit to keep a long period stabilization≤10mg/m3.Afterwards,the paper achieves the electric precipitation reform of the other 3 slaked kilns and reaches the ultra-low emission standards.The reform shows that the electric precipitation has broken through and realized the technical boundedness of ultra-low emission application and elevated the market competitive power in the reform of the ultra-low emission.
