国际经验对我国环保技术推广的启示和建议

Study International Experiences for Promotion of China’s Environmental Protection Technologies and Suggestions

环保技术推广是助推环境质量改善的重要抓手,是环保产业发展的必要环节。文章系统总结了国际上部分发达国家的技术推广政策法规、机制、模式等相关经验,梳理了我国环保技术推广的现状和存在问题。结合国际经验,提出了对我国的启示和建议:进一步完善技术推广的法律法规、推行创新模式、建立中介服务机构,形成合力共同推动环保技术推广落地。

The promotion of environmental protection technologies is an important exerting point for promoting environmental quality improvement and a necessary link of the development of the environmental protection industry.This paper systematically summarizes the relevant experiences of technology promotion policies,regulations,mechanisms and patterns in some developed countries,and hackles the status quo and the problems of China’s environmental protection technologies promotion.In combination with the international experiences,this paper puts forward the revelations and suggestions for our country:improve and perfect the laws and regulations for further development of technical popularizations,promote innovation patterns,establish intermediary service organizations or platforms,and form a joint effort to strengthen the promotion of environmental protection technologies.
