摘要
数字化、智能化的当今时代,车辆的大量使用在给人们带来便利的同时事故频发。由于诸多例如自然因素影响、车辆行驶轨迹与摄像头位置影响、车牌样式繁多等原因,相关技术人员无法及时准确获得所需车牌号码信息。运用MATLAB对所需车牌号码进行识别,可以提高获取车牌号码的准确性和速度,即使车牌本身有所遮掩或者缺损,也可以通过建立相关数学模型、扩大字符数据库等方法,并运用字符识别与数据库内容相互比对,最终得到所需要的车牌号码。
In the current era of digitalization and intelligence, the large-scale use of vehicles brings convenience to people while causing frequent accidents. Due to many factors such as natural factors, the trajectory of the vehicle and the position of the camera, and the variety of license plate styles, the relevant technical personnel cannot obtain the required license plate number information in time. Using MATLAB to identify the required license plate number can improve the accuracy and speed of obtaining the license plate number. Even if the license plate itself is obscured or missing, it can also establish related mathematical models, expand the character database, etc., and use character recognition and database. The content is compared to each other and the required license plate number is finally obtained.
