摘要
针对学生创新能力培养过程具有复杂性、渐进性和长期性的特点,提出利用学科竞赛为抓手培养学生创新能力。应用型本科高校人才培养的目标是高素质应用型创新性人才,以学科竞赛为载体,促进第一课堂的学习效率,反过来,又通过学科竞赛培养学生的创新思维能力。利用整个活动过程中的多种联动机制交互作用,使学生能够全程积极参与到竞赛过程,培养、锻炼和提升学生综合竞争力。
In view of the complexity, gradualness and long-term nature of the training process of students’ innovative ability, this paper puts forward the use of subject competition as the starting point to train students’ innovative ability, so as to enhance their comprehensive competitive ability. The talents of application oriented colleges and universities aims to cultivate high-quality applied innovative talents, to promote the discipline competition as the carrier, the first classroom learning efficiency, in turn, and cultivate students’ innovative thinking ability through discipline competition. The use of a variety of interaction mechanisms in the entire process of interaction, so that students can actively participate in the whole process of competition and enhance student ability.
