摘要
拖延在大学生学习生活当中是一种十分常见的现象。Ellist和Knaus在1977年的调查研究发现,大学生在学习任务上拖延的比例高达70%。陈保华(2007)在我国大学生群体中进行的调查研究显示,80%的大学生存在拖延,大学生学习拖延现象非常普遍。深入研究大学生拖延的内在机制和影响因素、积极探索干预方法,对培养身心健康的大学生具有非常重要的意义。
Procrastination is a very common phenomenon in college students ’ study and life. A study conducted by Ellist and Knaus in1977 found that college students procrastinate on learning tasks up to 70 % of the time. Chen baohua( 2007) conducted a survey among Chinese college students and found that 80 % of them procrastinate, which is very common. It is of great significance to study the internal mechanism and influencing factors of college students ’procrastination and actively explore intervention methods for cultivating college students with physical and mental health.
