高校附属医院集医疗、科研、教学等职能职责于一体,承担着医学人才培养的重任。管理工作贯穿于高校附属医院各项工作之中,这就要求高校附属要紧密结合医学人才培养实际,围绕医院中心工作,从管理工作中梳理与医学人才培养密切相关的管理部门、岗位和人员,挖掘分析其中蕴含的育人元素以及对医学生的教育起引领作用,从而使相关管理部门、岗位人员主动履行管理育人职能。
