服务京津冀视域下，高职生就业质量提升因素探究

Study on Improving Factors of Employment Quality of Higher Vocational Students From the Perspective of Serving Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

随着我国社会经济的国社会经济的不断增长,为毕业生提供的就业岗位也越来越多。但是,有较多的高职院校的毕业生就业质量并不是很高,而就业质量不仅关乎到学生的未来发展,更是与高职院校的未来有着密不可分的关联,对此,就需要提高就业生的就业质量才可以更好地保障学生及高职院校的发展。从目前来看,在高职院校毕业生就业中还存在着较多的问题。因此,本文就对服务京津冀视域下,高职就业中存在的问题以及提升就业质量的对策进行探究,并分析出可行的措施。

With the continuous growth of China’s social economy, more and more jobs are provided for graduates.However, the employment quality of graduates in higher vocational colleges is not very high, and the employment quality is not only related to the future development of students, but also closely related to the future of higher vocational colleges. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the employment quality of students to better guarantee the development of students and higher vocational colleges. At present, there are still many problems in the employment of higher vocational college graduates. Therefore, this paper explores the problems in higher vocational employment and the countermeasures to improve employment quality from the perspective of serving Beijing, tianjin and hebei, and analyzes the feasible measures.
