高校科技成果转化的现状与对策研究

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Colleges and Universities

结合我国高校科技成果转化的现状,分析当前影响高校科技成果转化的因素,主要表现在落后的思维观念、不合理的高校考评制度、不通畅的信息交流以及不足的资金投入。为了解决高校科技成果转化率低的问题,提出提高高校科技成果转化效率的对策与建议:增强高校科技人员科技产业化意识,制定相应配套的激励政策,建立科技成果转化专门机构,加大对高校科研的经费投入,建设服务平台,促进科技成果转化。

Based on the current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities in China,this paper analyzes the influencing factors,which are mainly manifested in backward thinking,unreasonable college evaluation system,unobstructed information exchange and insufficient capital investment.In order to solve the problem of the low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:to strengthen the awareness of science and technology industrialization of scientific and technological personnel in universities,formulate corresponding supporting incentive policies,establish specialized institutions for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,increase investment in scientific research of universities,build service platforms,and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
