浅谈退休人员社会化管理存在的问题及解决办法

近年来,在我国社会发展的过程中所面临的的人口老龄化问题越来越严重,在很大程度上给社会的发展带来了严重的阻碍。越来越多的退休人员也引起了社会的高度关注,对于这些退休人员离开原来企业后的管理问题也成为了现阶段我国社会保障中急需解决的也是最重要的问题之一。通过对我国退休人员推行了社会化管理之后,很大程度的解决了我国退休人员离开所在企业后的保障问题,加强了社会的稳定和发展,但是在目前的退休人员社会化管理中仍然有很多的问题需要改进,本文通过简单的概述了退休人员社会化管理的背景、意义以及相关的内容,分析了现阶段我国在退休人员的社会化管理中存在的问题,并举出几点针对其问题的相关解决办法,以期能够更加有效的解决我国退休人员的社会化管理问题,加强我国退休人员的社会保障,从而推动我国社会的稳定发展。

In recent years,the problem of population aging in the process of social development in China has become more and more serious,which has brought serious obstacles to the development of society to a large extent.More and more retirees have also aroused the attention of the society.The management of these retirees after leaving the original enterprises has become one of the most important issues in China's social security.After the social management of retirees in China,the problem of the protection of retirees leaving their enterprises has been solved to a large extent,and the stability and development of the society has been strengthened.However,there are still many problems to be improved in the social management in the current retirees.This paper briefly summarizes the background,significance and related content of the social management of retirees,and analyzes the problems existing in the social management of retirees in China at the present stage,and points out some relevant solutions,in order to more effectively solve the social management problems of retirees in China,strengthen the social security of retirees in China,and thus promote the stable development of our society.
