随着经济迅猛发展,基础设施建设工程增加,程序建设、制度建设在各类管理中起着极为重要的作用,为了规范建设程序,防范风险事件发生,各行各业纷纷将建立完整的内控体系作为当前的紧迫任务,本文从建设程序出发,梳理风险点,提出应对措施,探讨解决对策。

With the rapid development of the economy and the increase of infrastructure construction projects,procedure construction and system construction play an extremely important role in various types of management.In order to standardize the construction procedures and prevent the occurrence of risk events,all walks of life will take the establishment of complete internal control as the current urgent task.This paper starts from the construction process,sorts out the risk points,proposes countermeasures,and discusses solutions.
