摘要
为了有效控制煤矿企业生产现场的紧急情况,基于事故致因理论提出“生产作业现场不期待事件发生过程及控制原理图”,进而在该原理图的基础上对煤矿企业生产现场紧急情况进行了定义。通过故障树分析方法识别出一起事故中存在的所有紧急情况事件,并针对潜在紧急情况,分别制定相应的预警信息、预警行动及现场处置措施,以此为企业开发完善的应急知识库。
In order to effective control the emergency situation at the production site of coal mining enterprises,based on the theory of accident causation,it is proposed that"the production process site does not expect the event process and control schematic diagram",and then on the basis of this schematic diagram,the coal mine enterprise production site emergency situation is defined.Identify all emergency events that exist in an incident through fault tree analysis,and for the potential emergency situation,develop corresponding early warning information,early warning actions and on-site disposal measures to develop a comprehensive emergency knowledge base for enterprises.
