摘要 城乡电网建设中要求高压直接接入用电负荷中心,形成变压器降低的供电格局。供配电要求向用地节约化,智能化方向发展。随着箱式变电站广泛应用,传统箱式变电站已经无法满足智能电网建设的发展需求。本文针对箱式变电站技术特点、设计生产等环节进行阐述,设计箱式变电站布局,分析变电站外壳材料特点,对内部数据采集数据终端设备进行设计,从室内无线温湿度监控器等方面进行设计。通过智能箱式变电站设计制造,验证设计的合理性。 In the construction of urban and rural power grids,high voltage is required to directly access the power load center to form a power supply pattern with reduced transformers.The power supply and distribution requirements are moving towards land use and intelligent development.With the widespread application of box substations,traditional box substations have been unable to meet the development needs of smart grid construction.This paper expounds the technical characteristics,design and production of box substation,designs the layout of box-type substation,analyzes the characteristics of the substation shell material,designs the internal data acquisition data terminal equipment,and designs from the indoor wireless temperature and humidity monitor.Through the design and manufacture of smart box substation,the rationality of the design is verified.
